How to Use Cricut Mini Press Temperature Settings Like a Pro?

Cricut Easy Press Mini

Getting started with a Cricut EasyPress Mini may feel a little confusing at first. As a beginner, it’s quite normal, especially when you are unsure which temperature to select and how long to press without damaging your material.

Some crafters “spray and pray”–guessing the heat and hoping it works. That might sometimes lead to poor results. EasyPress Mini has three heat settings: Low, Medium, and High. If you learn which setting to use, your crafts will turn out much better.

To use the correct heat settings on the EasyPress Mini, follow this:

Plug in the EasyPress Mini and turn it on. Choose the heat setting you want and wait for it to heat up– that can take about a minute.

Next, open a web browser and check the Cricut Heat Guide online. Select your machine, the base material, and the heat-transfer material.

After that, select the correct heat level on your machine.

Since the EasyPress Mini doesn’t have a timer, use your phone to track the time so you don’t overheat your crafts.

Lastly, press gently on your material. Move the press slowly in small circular motions, keeping the pressure light and even.
